★Just place the knife sharpener on a flat surface, hold the sharpener handle with one hand & hold the knife holder with the other.

★Place sharpener on its rubber feet on a level, non-slipsurface. Ensure that the knife to be sharpen is clean.
★Hold the sharpener handle part in such a way that thumb andindex meet and apply light downward pressure.
★Products from left to right are: coarse grinding, sharpening,fine grinding.
★Coarse grinding first, then fine grinding. If the knife has aroll edge, it needs to be sharpened first.
★Put the knife blade into the slit horizontally, at a 90angle, from the handle end. Exerting light pressure, pull the knife eight toten times in the direction of outside to inside. Do not pull back and forth.
6. After grinding the knife, wipe the knife clean with a drycloth.
