Order cancellation

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us before we ship your package. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it will be difficult to make any changes on that.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, we would do everything in our ability to satisfy your shopping experience in our online shop.

If you did not receive the product within 15 days after estimated shipping time expires, you can request a full refund or a reshipment. If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a full refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

Please make sure the information you entered at the time of purchase is correct . If your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address), you may not be eligible to receive full refund however, store credit may be issued and be provided for your next purchase.

If your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of hridz.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster), we will issue a full refund or a store credit of the amount you spent.

In exceptional circumstances outside the control of hridz.com, order may get delayed (i.e. package has been lost in transit), we will issue a full refund.

*You can submit investigation requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery has expired. You can do it by sending us a message on the Contact Us page or email to support@hridz.com with your invoice number.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Exchanges & Returns

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing or a faulty item etc., you must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps. If an exchange isn’t possible or the product isn’t available in stock, you will get a full refund instead.

Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
