5. Partial Refunds:
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted. These situations include:
– Books with obvious signs of use.
– Opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record.
– Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts, not due to our error.
– Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
6. Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email to confirm the receipt and status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified timeframe.
7. Late or Missing Refunds:
If you have not received your refund yet, please take the following steps:
a. Check your bank account to ensure the refund has not been credited.
b. Contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to be officially posted.
c. Contact your bank, as processing time may be required.

8. Faulty or Damaged Items:
We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 30-day full money-back guarantee if an item arrives faulty or damaged. To initiate a return for such items, please provide proof of the item’s condition upon delivery. Please note that if you damage the item, the return will not be accepted. All returned items are thoroughly tested, and if found to be in working order, you will be responsible for the cost of receiving the goods back at your nominated address.
9. Change of Mind Returns:
At Hridz, we understand that change of mind can occur. To accommodate this, we allow returns under the following conditions:
- The item is returned within 30 days of receiving the order.
- The item is in a resalable condition, unused, unworn, unopened, and has all original packaging and tags intact.
- Items in sealed packages or boxes must have unbroken seals.
- You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods, including return shipping costs.
- Refunds will be provided upon receipt of the returned product, provided it meets the outlined requirements.
- If the returned item does not meet the conditions, you will be responsible for the cost of receiving the goods back at your nominated address.
- Upon receipt of the returned item in the same condition as it was received, including all original packaging, we will issue a refund equal to the full purchase price minus a 20% restocking fee.
10. Incorrect or Faulty Goods:
Our quality control teams inspect all deliveries to ensure they meet our exact standards. However, if you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately to arrange a return and receive a refund or exchange. The return must be received by Hridz within 30 days. Upon receipt of the returned item in the same condition as it was received, including all original packaging, we will organise the exchange or refund whichever is best at the time.
11. Clearance Items:
Refunds apply only to regular priced items and majority of the sale items. Some clearance sale items may not be eligible for refunds, so please feel free to contact us for clarification before making a purchase.
12. Gift Returns:
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, we will issue a gift certificate via email. If the item was not marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, a refund will be issued to the gift giver, and they will be notified of the return.
13. Shipping Costs:
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
14. Trackable Shipping:
For more expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it gets lost in transit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
